Use the privacy-safe in-app report
Open Settings → Support → Share support report. SelfScene previews the exact text before the iPhone share sheet opens. Nothing is sent automatically.
The report includes app and OS version, a non-unique device model, app language, permission status and aggregate project health. It excludes recordings, thumbnails, filenames, project identifiers and titles, teleprompter text, raw errors, purchase details and account identifiers.
TestFlight purchases and restoration
SelfScene is in internal TestFlight testing and is not yet publicly available on the App Store. TestFlight in-app purchases are test transactions and do not charge you. Contact us if a test unlock does not restore.
Device support
Simultaneous front and rear capture depends on the camera combinations exposed by the device. A safe one-camera fallback does not mean the iPhone is defective.
Delete a local project
Open Your Takes, swipe or choose the delete control, and confirm. Exported copies remain in Photos or any service where you shared them and must be deleted there separately.
