Terms of Use

1. Agreement and license

These Terms govern Nivra Scan and its official support services. Apple’s applicable App Store terms and Standard End User License Agreement also apply.

Fikir Yazılım grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Nivra Scan on devices you own or control as permitted by Apple.

2. Your documents and responsibilities

You keep the rights you already hold in documents you scan or create. Nivra Scan does not claim ownership of them.

• obtain permission required before scanning, storing or sharing another person’s information;
• comply with privacy, confidentiality, copyright and other applicable laws;
• review page order, crop, readability, OCR text and the PDF before relying on or sharing it;
• protect your device and keep suitable copies of important files;
• do not use Nivra Scan for unlawful, abusive, deceptive or privacy-invasive activity.

3. Accuracy, storage and recovery

Automatic edge detection, image correction and OCR can make mistakes. Nivra Scan is not a certified archival, legal, medical or identity-verification service.

Documents can be lost if you delete them, uninstall the app, erase or damage the device, lose access, or experience a hardware or software failure. Recovery cannot be guaranteed for every interrupted session.

4. Trial, free plan and Lifetime Pro

The seven-day full-access trial begins after the first successful save. It asks for no payment method and cannot automatically create a charge.

After the trial, a limited free allowance remains. Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes local document limits. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

The free allowance is up to five saved documents per calendar month, with up to ten pages in each document.

Apple shows the exact price and taxes before confirmation and handles billing, refunds, Family Sharing eligibility and account access. Restore with the Apple Account that made the purchase.

A one-time license does not promise that every device, operating-system version, third-party framework, feature or the app itself will remain available forever.

5. Updates, warranty and liability

Fikir Yazılım may update the app for security, compatibility, performance, design, legal requirements or features.

To the extent permitted by law, Nivra Scan is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted scanning, perfect OCR, universal file compatibility or recovery from every failure. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

To the extent permitted by law, Fikir Yazılım is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of documents, data, profit, revenue or opportunity.

6. Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Gaziantep Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law permits another forum.
