1. Scope
This policy explains how Nivra Scan for iPhone and its official support pages handle information. The publisher is Fikir Yazılım Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi.
2. Local documents
Nivra Scan stores captured page images, generated PDFs, document titles, dates, recognized text and processing status in the app’s protected local container.
The current version has no required publisher document cloud. Fikir Yazılım cannot remotely view or delete these local files.
3. Camera, photos and OCR
Camera access is used when you choose Scan. Apple’s photo picker gives the app access only to images you select. Pages are processed locally.
Apple Vision recognizes Turkish and English text on-device. Recognized text is stored locally and embedded in the PDF for search and selection.
4. Purchases and local access state
Apple processes the one-time Pro purchase, payment information, refunds and purchase history. Nivra Scan receives entitlement status needed to unlock or restore Pro.
The trial start, monthly free-use count and Pro entitlement state are stored locally using Apple platform storage.
5. Analytics and tracking
The current version contains no advertising SDK, behavioral analytics SDK, cross-app tracking or publisher-operated telemetry. Fikir Yazılım does not sell document data.
Apple may provide aggregated store, installation, purchase, performance or crash information according to your Apple settings and Apple’s policies.
6. Support communications
If you contact support, we process the email address, message and attachments you choose to send so we can respond and diagnose the issue.
Nivra Scan does not automatically attach documents, OCR text, titles or diagnostic files.
7. Retention, deletion and security
Local documents remain until you delete them, erase app data or uninstall the app. Deleting a document removes its PDF, source pages and recognized text from the app container.
Nivra Scan uses the iOS sandbox, file protection and a privacy cover when the app is not active. No safeguard guarantees absolute protection.
8. Rights, changes and contact
Depending on your location, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or complaint. Most document content exists only on your device.
We may update this policy when the product, law or operations change. The effective date will be updated and material changes communicated when required.
